I have a lump that is painless, but big on my lower right bum for almost a month , what should i do?

It may be a cyst or a growth. A physician would have to examine it in order to diagnose it & advise you. You may be referred to a surgeon depending upon the findings.

If the lump is soft with round or oval shape, it is likely a lipoma which a benign encapsulated fat tissue collection and it will stay with you for a long time. See your doctor right away if the lump gets big quickly or it becomes symptomatic. Otherwise, you should show it to your family doctor in the next visit for confirmation.
