Could i have injured neck its been stiff and hurts to move for last 3 days its got much better today and there is a softish lump on the back of my neck on the right that i spotted yesterday i haven't done anything to injure it though what could be?

Since one cannot inspect oneself as thoroughly as possible from that position. it might be a good idea to have it checked by PCP to rule out an acute process before it becomes sub acute or chronic. Or it could be nothing of concern. Best visit with PCP to be sure.
