Around 80-90% conclusive at 25 days. Negative will be 100% conclusive at 45 days.

If positive, it is conclusive. If negative you need to repeat it at 6 weeks after exposure. HIV is only one of the STDs. A condom may not protect against HPV, Herpes, LGV, syphilis, pubic lice etc. It would be prudent to see your doctor for an evaluation.
