Ct scan has a few pulmonary nodules, measuring up to 5mm. a dominant 5mm right upper lobe new since the last exam. this may be inflammatory. i was diagnosed with tonsil cancer 16 months ago. could this be a sign that the cancer has metastasized?

More details re the appearance of the nodule would be helpful. Is there spiculation, calcification, solid or liquid appearance? The details are in the report. The nodule may require a biopsy to determine if there is malignancy. Please follow up with your Physician. A COVID 19 vaccination is recommended, if eligible.
