I have been getting dizzy spells and episodes of fainting. have had bp tested and blood test for anemia. both r fine. any ideas?

Arrhythmia?: You need further evaluation - please talk to your physician or a cardiologist. Fainting is always a serious issue.

Further tests: More tests are needed to discover the cause of your symptoms. Endocrine ( low blood sugar) and cardiac causes need to be excluded. A "tilt test" sometimes uncovers a tendency to faint due to slow refelexes in some people.

Many possibilities: Many possibilities some include heart rhythm problems and structural heart problems. If symptoms remain more evaluation is appropriate.
