Arrhythmia?: You need further evaluation - please talk to your physician or a cardiologist. Fainting is always a serious issue.

Further tests: More tests are needed to discover the cause of your symptoms. Endocrine ( low blood sugar) and cardiac causes need to be excluded. A "tilt test" sometimes uncovers a tendency to faint due to slow refelexes in some people.
