Could i have bird flu as its been spreading where i live in birds i have muscle aches sore throat and i'm really tired and have a bit of a blocked nose not too bad though i haven't been in direct contact with any birds and been extremely anxious?

I would check with local health folks there for what is going around and if they are testing for bird flu. I assume you are negative for COVID-19 and have had all of your vaccinations. They can also test for influenza virus A and B and give meds if done soon enough and your are in category that benefits from treatment.
