Yes: Often with the viral infection - the stuffy nose, fatigue, etc your immune system is weakened and another viral or bacterial infection can occur. If high fevers, white patches on the throat, coughing significantly or chest burning, or it persists then you need to see your health care provider to see if viral or bacterial
