A temporary blockage a week ago during urination caused a ping of pain and uncomfortable urination. there has been no more bleeding since then. discomfort is felt but could be mostly my imagination due to the sensitive area. can i heal this myself?

If you noted blood you need to have it checked out. Could have been a kidney stone esp if you have had them in past. Could also be urinary tract cancer or prostate issues at your age. Check it out.
