Infection likely: Dysuria, or pain during urination, is a specific symptom of inflammation of the urethra. This finding can be seen in infections which need a history, physical, and simple urine tests to effectively diagnose and prevent. Burning can also be a sign of other disorders. See your primary care physician first to get worked up and treated.

UTI?: Having your urine checked for a UTI is the first objective. If a UTI is present then antibiotics can be prescribed. There doesn't have to be significant urinary urgency for a UTI to be present. Having painful urination (dyuria) is enough to be seen for a medical evaluation.
