Pregnancy test?: It's always smart to take a pregnancy test if you have had sex and your period isn't normal. If the test is negative (and if your last sex was more than 14 days ago), then you can feel safe. Sometimes periods are irregular for the entire time you are on nexplanon. The urinary symptoms sound like you could have an infection. Get a urine analysis and see if you need antibiotics. Try an urgent care!
