If you did before should be OK. I assume you were not using anything in your mouth to lift weights to strengthen you neck muscles?

If healing is good and no blood oozing and sutures are out, than lift but don't strain yourself. Continue post operative instructions and good oral hygiene.

None of us are privy to your m medical history, meds, overall health, extent of the surgery, course of healing, except for your Oral Surgeon. Post surgical healing is his/her province. That said, if you can lift without straining you will probably be OK.

If you could lift weights safely before getting teeth extracted, you can lift weights now, without any concern. Wish you good health!
