He may have developed an infection. The oily stool is also associated w fat malabsorption. Discuss w your Pediatrician whether he has been adequately screened for CF. If he is otherwise healthy, gaining weight, monitor temperature, discuss COVID 19 testing and please follow up with your Pediatrician.
