I have an ear infection. i visited an urgent care clinic. they prescribed antibiotics. i started taking them about 30 hours ago. after 800mg ibu every 6/hrs, the pain and swelling haven't stopped worsening, and my temp is 100.5. should i go back?

If not improving or worsening after another day, please follow up. For facial swelling, please see a physician soon. There may be a sinus infection. Nasal saline is often effective in relieving nasal congestion.
