Reaction to neomycin-polymyxin-hc prescribed for ear infection this morning - i have taken two doses - experiencing dumbness and swelling on right side of face. please advise.

Symptoms of a serious allergic reaction may include: rash, itching/swelling (especially of the face/tongue/throat), redness of the ears, severe dizziness, trouble breathing." i would get emergency treatment now.
