Pain under left rib? ive been having constipation and not drinking as much water as normal. could this be ibs? been dealing with left side under rib pain for two days?

This is often a collection of bowel gas that collects in the highest position of the transverse colon (when you stand) before it heads down to the bottom. I would not assume any other label without other history/exam and testing. Evacuating the gas may provide relief. If it persists or worsens discuss this with your doc.
