How to know if a lump on ur neck is dangerous or not. ive had this lump on my neck (middle of neck, front left side) for a year now (i only noticed this a year ago but im pretty sure its been there ever since). it moves up and down when i swallow?

From your description, I think that lump is a thyroid nodule or goiter. You should see a doctor for a thorough evaluation.
