I've been trying to get off fentanyl for a while now. i cant do inpatient treatment, due to several reasons. i've tried methadone, subutex was discontinued and suboxone puts me in precipitated withdrawal. any suggestions besides the usual answers?

Tapering fentanyl gradually would be an alternative with meds to treat withdrawal available when and if needed.
