If your very slim can u feel lymph nodes under the jaw as little beans just below half an inch? thanks?

Normally these submental or submandibular lymph nodes are not palpable. They can be residua of previous dental or oral infections though. These are not a serious issue as long as they're tiny, not tender and somewhat mobile.
