I've got a little soreness around my front two knuckles and the webbing when i clench my right hand hard. i was doing hours of wood work with some trees since last saturday. feels better when i stretch out my fingers. what is it and what can i do?

Muscles and ligaments in the hand can get overworked, just as in any other body part. Stretching, massage and lots of fluid intake can help wash out the lactic acid that has formed within the muscles, causing soreness/stiffness.
