You get a sample to find out whether or not there is a problem and which round worm might be involved, Each of the several responds to different treatment. Next time you post you might specify which round worm you are considering.

How do you know you have round worms? Have you seen large worms in your stool? If you did not travel to a poor country, it is unlikely that you have worm infestation. There is no point in treating a disorder that may not be there. Wish you good health!
