Pelvic pain for a year and a half. very debilitating with nausea and bloating. heavy periods. perfect ultrasounds nothing found, good x-rays, good blood work except elevated platelets. what conditions could cause this? only had one partner, husband?

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see a gynecologist. Your doctor can prescribe you pills that can limit your periods to once a year. Take oral iron and multivitamins to prevent anemia from blood loss. Wish you good health!
