Sinusitis: If your symptoms have been going on for a short period of time, less than a week, then i would favor that this is an upper respiratory infection or viral cold. However, if your symptoms have been going on for longer than 7 to 10 days, then i would suspect that this may be a sinus infection. In that case, antibiotics may be needed to help alleviate your symptoms. See a doctor.
