You get the most from this site when you provide detailed information to support your question. Here you gave one event that may/not be related. Are their wounds/punctures/change in color or warmth? Without more information and an exam it is hard to define a cause or treatment. It might be a bite reaction, but it could be an early infection of the deep spaces of your foot.
