Foot pain.: Did you injury your foot? If you are already taking aspirin then consider acetaminophen. There are also many topicals. If you take an NSAID, don't take highest doses since you are on aspirin.

Foot pain: Have you been checked for GOUT? i would get an xray and a uric acid level to determine cause of this foot swelling.
