During the day im totally fine. but for the past three nights i have had dizziness, headaches, and chills. i just cant understand why it only happens at night?

Night chills/sweats can be associated with various infections, including malaria. Have you recently traveled to or do you live in a place that has endemic malaria or other mosquito borne infections? See your Dr for a full examination and labs to follow up with these symptoms. You may need medications or other treatment.
