You're experiencing a type of erectile dysfunction and delayed ejaculation but I doubt you have a.medical problem. I recommend being seen at a men's sexual health clinic for evaluation and advice. You could consult a urologist instead though.

Your symptoms are not the ones to be treated by the sprays you mention. The are for premature ejaculation. If you have good erections and can ejaculate normally when masturbating then all you need is an understanding partner so that you are not thinking of disappointing yourself or your partner when you start sex. If not better pl see a sex therapist.
