At 4 months after high risk exposure to positive hiv female i had a negative std panel and a combo hiv test negative as well. also had a hiv at home test that was negative. am i truly negative?

The HIV AgAb (4th generation, "combo") tests are 100% conclusive any time more than 6 weeks after the last possible exposure. For sure you are truly negative. No further testing is needed. Play it safe in the future: condoms!
