No fever? No rash? Can you point to a trigger like a food, alcohol, medication? Take an antihistamine. If repeated reactions like this occur see your MD or an endocrinologist to check for certain glandular abnormalities that can secrete hormones causing these symptoms.

You need to see a doctor and get some tests done to determine what is causing your symptoms. You will need specific blood tests to find out what is causing this. Does the intense itching occur after a hot shower? Do you have any skin rashes when the itchiness happens, like hives? You need to see a doctor who can find out this key information and then order the correct tests to diagnose the problem
