A mass in the scrotum is worth investigating with an In person DR. It could be something as simple as a varicocele or as serious as a tumor. Have your PCP do a complete physical exam and check your scrotum for this mass. They may send you for imaging and other tests to determine what this mass is. Avoid squeezing or manipulating this mass to much as it can cause irritation.

If it is above and not part of the testicle it is probably an epidydimal cyst. Best is to get it checked by your Urologist.
