Localized pain when pressing in the right upper abdomen no other symptoms, what could it be? and when should i see a doctor ? i had a stomach ultrasound 4 months ago it was good ( this pain is new and only started today ?

Recurrent abdominal pain can be the result of many things. Some benign, others more serious. since you have had an abdominal pain workup before, dont ignore this pain. Talk to your regular Dr and have them see you soon, so they can take the next steps needed. Exam, Labs, imaging and more may be required.
