When i pee in the morning, or when i have been holding it in, i can see foam in the toilet bowl. this foam is like 2, 4 or 4 isolated bits of small white foam. a lot of the time, there is no foam. is this normal, or indicative of something serious?

Foamy urine is entirely normal, not a health issue of any kind. It tends to be more common at times of lower fluid intake, resulting in more concentrated urine.
