Well?: If u used pressure with the vibrator there may be temporary tissue damage, you may be getting a blazer ingestion and the sore, if like a blister, needs to be evaluated.

Might be a UTI?: Any vaginal penetration or use of a vibrator can push bacteria up into the bladder and result in a bladder infection or UTI (urinary tract infection). It's important to see your health care provider about this, as a UTI can become quite painful. As far as the bump or lesion goes, this is tough to say without seeing it.
