F 30 years old.my father lives with me and could be from him and not flushing the toilet and me not noticing... but when i pee during the day it's fine at night i notice that the water is red...i'll test and fine no symptoms is it possible from me?

This is a question you'll have to solve yourself. As a 30-year-old woman, you probably menstruate and thus periodically bleed. You need to start noticing what's in the toilet, even at night before you use it. If you determine the blood is not yours then talk to your father, ask him if he's bleeding, and offer to help him with getting an appointment with a doctor.

Check the toilet after your father uses it. Also flush it before you pee. If is red before you pee it is from him
