Head trauma: Not likely other than causing tachycardia or rapid heart beat from the shock of the fall.

So I used to have epilepsy but havent had seizures since like 6 years. Always had a fear of it happening again but earlier i had like a buzz feeling in my head and heart started racing and everything around me felt like it was going fast?
