This could be several things of Varicocele , a hernia ,a cyst And rarely a testicular cancer. Strong recommendation you see a urologist or primary care physician to examine you in the next two weeks to make sure this is nothing serious

Vasectomy seven years ago from time to time I get pain at the bottom of my right testicle epididymis area. It is painful to the touch and appears like a bump usually goes away on its own after a few days no fever/swelling. What can cause this?
