Large t2 hyperintense mass within the sacral canal which extends into the bilateral neural foramina. the mass measures 8.5 cm craniocaudal by 1.9 cm ap by 5.4 cm wide. there is remodeling of the s2, s3 and s4. is there any hope?

Clinical details regarding extent of a cauda equina syndrome and the histopathology of the mass are required to comment appropriately. Would advise at least two neurosurgical consultations, and involvement of an oncologist. Responses to chemotherapy, surgery, radiation are all based on factors not evident in your post.
