Fell 3 days ago. horrible pain left side. cant move, cough, breathe in, etc without it getting worse. had xray, no fracture. still swollen, pain not easing. primary closed cant get 1-2 day follow up. anything i can do to ease the pain? what can it be?

Probably a chest wall contusion. Use local heat and Ibuprofen OTC. Hope you feel better
