My hsv1 test was a 51.90 on a 0.00 - 0.91 reference range. what's does this mean?

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, it means that like majority of other people you had HSV1 infection. It may cause cold sore with fever. Wish you good health!
