In depends on the cut-off value for a positive result. If these numbers are only slightly elevated, you might not be infected despite the positive results, especially for HSV2. (Herpes blood tests often are unreliable, which is why most experts recommend against testing if there are no symptoms or other especially high suspicion of herpes.)
