The IUD works by killing sperm as they try to transit through the uterus, in which case there is little chance (but not zero). Since theoretically the IUD might also work by preventing implantation, then your chances would very much depend on where you are in your cycle and were you to conceive it would tend to support that theory.

Your IUD, whether a copper or a hormonal IUD, did continue to offer you excellent contraceptive protection on Monday and did reduce your risks of pregnancy (but obviously not of a STI). Your "chance in getting pregnant" is still quite low and the risks of pregnancy on Tuesday are as small as they have been for the duration of your use of the IUD; a blood betaHCG pregnancy test can reassure you.
