Slight pain on very left side of abdomen below ribs seems like kidney pain but it is on front only, worsen when i push my stomach in what is it? no other symptoms?

That described pain likely does not from either kidney because kidneys are located in the retroperitoneal space, quite far away from your stomach. Pain is likely from the stomach itself or from the adjacent transverse colon. Nothing to worry with that slight pain which can occur to anyone at some time in life. If pain persists days or gets worse with other associated symptoms, see your doc then.

hard to diagnose without exam. Try local heat and Tylenol for a few days and if not better pl see your doc. Hope you feel better.
