Can pain from epididymitis switch sides? a few days ago the right testicle experienced some discomfort, then for about one day both, and now for the past two days only the left one. there is no swelling or redness. possible other causes for the pain?

Pain would not switch sides, unless the other side is also inflamed. Crystalluria may cause in the scrotum. Try drinking enough water daily so that your urine is mostly colorless. Wish you good health!

You dont have epididymitis. Sometimes small epididymal cysts cause such pain. Wear a good scrotal support and if still tender on a side- change the position of the testicle and you will be fine.
