Got slight dull pain at the very left side of my abdomen, it seems like kidney pain i tried hydrating myself but i still can feel it its been a day what should i do?

Pain from kidney is usually in the back. If the pain is not bothersome, you may watch and wait. If you are constipated, take a fiber laxative like Metamucil. If it gets worse, it would be prudent to see a doctor as it is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you. Wish you good health!

You cant self-diagnose left sided abd. pain as kidney pain as there are many other things which can cause it. If the pain persists pl have your MD check you. Good luck.
