Vertebral spine neural impingements refer pain in sciatic & long-leg radiculopathy patterns. Sacroiliac joint disorders distinctively refer to ipsilateral abdomen/pelvis & groin. Back and leg pain: Many possibilities that could cause your problem. You may have some type of nerve pinching in the lower spine area as the nerve travels out from the spinal cord. You may have a pinched nerve causing pain to radiate down your left leg. You need to see your doctor.
