Shaking chills are often a prelude to a rise in body temperature. Sepsis is rare outside of ICU level illnesses & features low blood pressure, lack of awareness because the blood pressure is not maintaining adequate brain blood flow among other symptoms. If you feel bad call your doc. Their guidance based on knowing you and your case should direct your actions.
