Lump in front of ear underskin getting bigger, what could it be?

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It is likely to be a lymph node. If it does not go down in a couple of weeks, it would be prudent to see a doctor. Wish you good health!

It could be a boil or a cyst or a fatty benign growth (lipoma). Hard to say without exam. Pl have your MD check it.

This may represent an in front of the ear sinus tract that looked like a little pit. It sometimes fills up causing swelling. Occasionally infection also occurs. See your doctor who will likely refer you to an ear specialist for care.
