I am experiencing very tiny clusters of papules this morning on the skin of my pubic area (not on genitals). later today i noticed that a few of them seem to be going away/getting better. there is no itching, or pain. no burning when pee. any ideas?

This could be an inflammation/ infection of hair follicles. Keep the area clean and dry and apply an antibacterial ointment as directed. If possible avoid tight fitting jeans and wear loose white cotton panties. See your MD if not improved or blistering develops suggesting a viral eruption.

It could be one of many things. Best is to observe for few days and if they persist get examined for proper diagnosis. Keep are clean with gentle soap and water wash and do not squeeze or scratch or apply powder to it.
