A 22-year-old female asked:

What can cause pain on my left ovary that radiates to my left leg during periods, as well as continuous pelvic pain outside of periods? i've also been having dark stools these past two days?

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see a doctor, particularly to rule out bleeding in your intestine. You can notself diagnose ovarian pain and does not radiate to the leg. Dark stools may be related to the pelvic pain. You need a good exam and a stool test. Pl see your MD. Hope you feel better.
