Ive had a sore dry throat and mouth for over a month. and last week a sore burning whitish tongue. got covid march1st. took round of augmentin, then 40mg prednisone burst, then doxcycline during april. whats causing this and will it go away on?

It is possible you have thrush from yeast infection. You may clear it with good oral hygiene and mouth wash especially brushing your tongue, however there are medications for yeast infection and you may want to see your doctor for evaluation and prescription.
