What type of test is needed for bell clapper deformity? ive been to 2 doctors and only had physical checkups; nothing unusual, they said. no pain, but testicles twist 180 often and untwist by themselves?

Ultrasound may help in the diagnosis but MRI is better.

Torsion of the testicle at your age is very rare. Bell-clapper deformity, even if you have it does not mean you will get torsion. Testes are very mobile and as long as they untwist do not worry. Wear a good support underwear. Youll be fine
